We are excited to introduce USPUK’s Afghan Resettlement Project, an initiative dedicated to supporting Afghans who have arrived in the UK under the ARAP and ACRS schemes.

Our mission is to assist these individuals in navigating the challenges of resettlement and to ensure that they experience a smooth transition into their new communities.

This year, our efforts have yielded remarkable results. We have conducted over 100 consultations, addressing the specific needs of individuals within the Afghan community. We have also offered guidance and assistance in response to around 60 enquiries, and facilitated ten referrals, connecting those in need with appropriate services and resources tailored to their specific circumstances.

As the Afghan community in the UK continues to grow, so does our commitment to expanding our information platform. We aim to provide comprehensive support to anyone within this cohort who requires assistance, ensuring that they can access the help they need to thrive in their new environment.
